Extremely Poor Service Provider

Zoom Networks claimed that openserve cancelled the FTTH line as of end December 2022. The internet line has been terminated since 9 December 2022. In the notice letter it has been stated that the client will be refunded, but the response from the technical department was that no ETA can be provided for the refunds. Zoom Networks' contracts states when you sign up that 30 days notice must be given, but when it comes to cancellation and refunds on their side, clients must be happy and be patient to wait.
