Disgusting support service from Zoom. Basically non existant!!!!

Absolutely pathetic service from Zoom. Painted the brightest picture to is when it came time to sign us up, but after that it just went downhill. After sale service is shocking, to the point that you CANNOT log a fault with them. This lack of service and functionality has serious effects of businesses. Zoom are ****** that should not be able to trade in our country.
