Disappointed with Zoom fiber

My name is Desre,I live in Newlands East Durban. Since 18th of June 2023 we have had no internet connection. I found it extremely hard to get through to anyone and when I finally did...all I was told is that they are aware of the issue in the area and are working on it. It is now the 23rd of June and still nothing. I'm at my wits end and extremely aggravated at the level of care involving customers. I'm paying for a service I do not even have and instead spent so much money on airtime trying to get ahold of people to find out whatbis happening.At this point I feel I rather look into getting another wifi contract that actually will do the job and take customer care seriously.
