Awful customer support / service

Zoom Networks, was quite good at the start but now I am in a massive battle as nobody answers my emails. I am trying to move ISP’s but can only do so once I get confirmation from Zoom that my line(s), note the plural Zoom Networks, is cancelled. However nobody is answering me and I am now without interent and can not work as Data is costly. Nobody sent me a prior notice however the allege they did, even after paying this month I received no information what so ever. Zoom Networks, you want me to migrate bit you can’t even cancel my line? WAKE UP

PS: Smart move to cancel the support centre via calling, saves you a lot of headaches ey?
