A bunch of useless losers!!

Zero, zilch, nada!!

We have had no WiFi connection since Monday, 21 November 2022. Today is Day 4 and some of us are working from home.

No communication, they are not taking calls but directing people to unattended mailboxes. I have never experienced such poor levels of service in my entire life.

They have our email addresses, but I guess they are only good for sending invoices.

This company does not give a hoot about their customers.

Do not, I repeat, do not come near Zoom Networks.You will regret the day you signed up for their stupid packages.

Where do I cancel this thing since they are not responding to emails or taking calls?
