5 DAYS NO FIBRE!!! - NO FEEDBACK!!!

I have been without fibre for 5 DAYS!! - I have sent 31 emails to date AND THEY SIMPLY IGNORE ME!!! Most appalling service I have seen and one cannot get hold of them via phone! Absolutely disgusted and livid!!!!!!!!!!!
