Unhappy with maintenance
I moved in on of Zelri Properties in Soweto the name of the complex is Orlando Towers Lifestyle Estate. I moved in on the 27th of March. Ive been sending emails regarding maintenance, calling and using the *** website but I never get assistance. Im so disappointed because these are new developments and I was expecting the best service. Lately, I have an issue of electric plugs that are not working. I never get reach of them, they only reply when I send them the rental ***. Im so hurt and disappointed. I think the best option now is to move out.

Worst customer service ever experienced
Zekri properties has the worst receptionist and the worst agents. Very rude, impatient and disrespectful. 3 weeks of still not knowing how far my application is. Truly disappointed at how I'm being treated!!

About 3 months ago, I was as told I don’t qualify due to affordability but I don’t even earn more than 10k . When I called , the agent couldn’t give me an explanation as she also didn’t know why. She told me to come back after 3 months but they don’t reply WhatsApp nor take our calls

Deposit Refund
I paid a deposit and i did not move in ,now i want my refund and they are refusing ,1st i was assisted by Smangele Mthimunye ,when i follw up there is no feedback ,then i was assisted by Lewis he promised to came back to me till today ,then i was assisted by Emelia samething ,then i was told the deposit i paid was used for the person who moved in that apartment. I want my money back.

I would give them 0 stars if possible. Very *********** 🚮🚮. They take R200 for credit checks and never get back to you 🚮🚮🚮. It's disgusting how they do business

I paid the admission/admin fee to Zelri Properties for a rental property application form review they were quick to request for my money and not get feedback It has now been 3 weeks and I have received: • No email confirmation of payment • No feedback on the application • No response to calls/emails I urgently need accommodation and was told this would be processed quickly. The complete lack of communication and professionalism is unacceptable. I am now left without a place to stay and out of pocket. I am requesting either immediate feedback on my application status or a full refund of my admission fee. Potential tenants, be warned.
