Deposit Refund

I paid a deposit and i did not move in ,now i want my refund and they are refusing ,1st i was assisted by Smangele Mthimunye ,when i follw up there is no feedback ,then i was assisted by Lewis he promised to came back to me till today ,then i was assisted by Emelia samething ,then i was told the deposit i paid was used for the person who moved in that apartment. I want my money back.
