This is not the first time, probably not the last, that I needed assistance urgently, I was in a panic and my nerves shot! Tristan Noemdo, not only were you patient - you had a thought, you had a look, you found a solution, took action and fixed the problem (even though it wasn't related to your 'norm') but you went over and beyond.
