Xneelo, the BEST Hosting Company in the World!
Xneelo in Cape Town https://xneelo.co.za/ is arguably the BEST hosting company in the world! I have had websites for a number of years and I have had them hosted by various reputable companies such as WordPress.com https://wordpress.com/ and BlueHost.com https://www.bluehost.com/ (both US based).
You cannot chat to anyone on WordPress.com unless you are on a premium plan (very expensive). In my case I had transferred my website to Xneelo and I only had a domain name left with WordPress. I was paying yearly renewals but even so I could not access online chat - they refer you to a Forum👎👎.
BlueHost is good but expensive. My main website was hosted with BlueHost for about 10 years. I then decided to also move this particular website to Xneelo.
Years ago I also tried HostGator.com https://www.hostgator.com/.
Whether you communicate with a Xneelo Technical Consultant telephonically or online chat they are amazingly competent and friendly.
A lot of work needed to be done on one of my large websites (transfer to a new domain, etc…) and I would like to take this opportunity to thank the following Technical Consultants at Xneelo: David du Preez, Jan-Herman, Prentholl Zincke and Raudhah Saturnyne. Very, very competent, polite and they certainly walk the extra mile with you! Thank you!!
