I am absolutely liveried with you guys

I asked days ago I want my entire website that took me 2 weeks to build and 1000s of hours because I don’t know IT

I want the HTML files for my entire website you guys are ******** us because we are paying for hosting of a website that rightfully belong to us we as the clients bought the website from xneelo

Then you do not state that if we use site builder and we finished building the site and we cancel the subscription to site builder we lose our entire site

That’s like holding us to ransom we are paying double for the same feature that would mean that sit builder actually owns our web site

This is false advertising and also not disclosing the information I was just told by a technical person at xneelo they recommend I use site builder and I did it on your recommendation

I stand to lose thousands of rands if I cancel suite builder on the e commerce platform you are restricted to only using PayPal

So we are as clients been *****ed all the way by xneelo

I will post this on every social media site if this is not resolved in 30 minutes

Also you can’t use any plugins on suite builder so it’s the worst website builder on the planet , if I don’t get assistance to have my site transferred to the other website builder plat form I will bring a claim against xneelo as well as get a web designer to rebuild my site and as is my witness Xneelo will pay the website developer , is this understood</div>
