Xneelo offers no support when their are issues with their system

All the emails you send internally to your team or to customers go to Spam with Xneelo. When you report the issue, they send generic replies back that are unhelpful and do not sort the problem out.

It is affecting our business badly and we are losing business because of it as no one receives our mails.

This is the second time I have had to report Xneelo on Hello Pieter in the hope that they will actually sort the issue out and not send generic unhelpful mails out with major problems that helps no one.
