Xneelo is my X-factor

I own and manage a virtual business that must be fully functional at all times. Xneelo has been my hosting service provider for the past six years. On a regular basis I need to interact with Xneelo technical staff on the hosting and email services they provide. On every occasion I have been assisted with knowledgeable, efficient and friendly representatives. There are times when I am at sea with technical questions and solutions on the backend access to my hosting account. I have been treated with dignity and respect, despite being technically challenged. I have separated my private affairs with a different service provider so have a useful way to compare services between the two. It is incomparable. I am unsure what Xneelo does with its staff sourcing, training and the culture they have created, but if every South African business could be half as effective, it would be great. Xneelo is my SA company hero. I confidently recommend them to anyone. Thanks Xneelo for keeping Karoo going and showing SA how to provide a world-class service!
