Xneelo is a less than useless company
I have been trying for weeks and months to get hold of the company hosting our domain. Xneelo are the intermediaries. They keep asking the hosting company to contact me, but they don't. Xneelo will not give me the hosting company's details because they are protecting the hosting company's information. No-one is protecting my rights at all. I have also requested the complaints procedure from Xneelo, but they have not sent it to me. I just keep getting platitudes from their staff, the latest of whom is Tristan Noemdo. It is an intolerable situation.
