Great company! I've been with Hetzner/xneelo for +/- 10 years and I must say this company is excellent. For the first time I picked up a billing issue, where I transferred a domain/hosting package of a client over to my profile (about 2 years ago), not realizing that I had also transferred a subscription to Hetzner's site builder. I emailed them last night, and they responded today to let me know that they will be refunding the amounts paid to date. This really shows you, some companies really care.
