Xneelo deserves praise.

I want to say a massive "Thank you" to all the support staff that were assisting me in my decommissioning of my server. Changing to a new "Web Hosting" package was almost a breeze, I say almost were it not for my own blunder.

It was done in a truly professional way. All the advice & tips were really helpful and I want Xneelo (phew! got it right....this time by not saying Hetzner) support staff to know that I really really appreciate it.
