I am really impressed with the guidance I received the last week regarding a domain migration from afrihost to Hetzner. I was especially impressed that there was telephonic support at 3 in the morning.
I was impressed with the level and knowledge provided by Luke. He was even able to make suggestions on software when I was experiencing difficulties in uploading a 1.2GB backup file.
