I recently had an interaction with Chloe from the Accounts department at xneelo, and I can honestly say it was one of the most impressive customer service experiences I’ve ever had.

To be completely honest, if it hadn’t been for Chloe, I would have seriously considered moving away from xneelo altogether and even exploring becoming a reseller elsewhere. That’s how impactful this interaction was.
