How long does it take to completely eliminate a sneaky malware virus, seamlessly reinstall an FTP database, restore crucial files, upload backups, and get everything running as if nothing ever happened?
Well, for me and the absolutely brilliant Wian, just an astonishingly swift one and a half hours!
Honestly, if it were up to me, I probably still wouldn’t have even realized there was a nasty virus lurking on my servers!
Wian, with his unbelievably patient and calm demeanor, guided me—step by careful step—through the entire process, making sure every single issue caused by this virus was thoroughly resolved. Not only did he help me recover my website flawlessly, but he also took the time to teach me how to properly back up my files and, best of all, recommended the perfect plugins to prevent this nightmare from ever happening again!
