Unacceptable downtime.
I have a lot of my clients on Xneelo and have always found them very good. However today the SMTP service went down and 3.5 hrs later, it is still not resolved. With over 200 people on their email, it is not feasible to go into each and change to another smtp. This downtime is totally unacceptable and Xneelo needs to have thing in place for fai*****s.
