Thumbs up to Hetzner Africa.

My first ever paid hosting account was with Lypha.com? Then I found the big boys Hostgator. I was impressed with their live chat system, as you would always get someone to talk to. Though not always effective, I was satisfied. But then I signed up with Hetzner. And I am now a customer for more than 10 years I think? I can not express how satisfied, no, rather astounded I am with their very effective customer service. And issues, (or rather, help I need) every single ticket, every call - I'm always assisted right away. The game changer for me is that every ticket is solved to the point, the first time. I've been in bad situations by accidentally deleting the wrong email accounts and once or twice deleting the wrong database. Hetzner saved my add many times by solving my disasters under one hour. Perhaps even under 30 minutes. I'm dealing here with real humans who knows what their doing. So for me, its about customer service. And Hetzner has been going light years way beyond my slightest exceptions. Oh - another thing. FAST servers. I mainly do my stuff via SSH and I can tell you, compared to Hostgator - Hetzner's servers are lightning. I'm not saying Hostgator is bad - they're really good. But Hetzner works for me. And they always will.
