Service which cannot be beat.
Hetzner's service again surpassed all expectations today. Just got off the phone with Jeremy Eckelton in the support department, who helped me sort an SSL certificate issue in literally 2 minutes.
Earlier today, Luke helped me with a KonsoleH issue. The query was resolved before the timer on my phone reached 90 seconds.
Thank you to the entire support team. You are still putting other South African tech companies to shame by setting the gold standard for service.
