Service that others can not even come close to

I posed an insane list of requirements as I am planning on a huge online venture. Other service providers came back with either No, unable, do not support this and other responses that, if I had to grade customer service, would have gone lower than the temperature at the South Pole. Luke and his team, went further than the extra mile. They provided me with an extremely detailed breakdown of what I required and Hetzner supports all the requirements (and they are not small).

I cannot say thank you enough to those folks. Hetzner can be proud to have these folks on board and my hope is that they get recognized for the outstanding service that they provided. Service that goes beyond the questions that I asked and to be honest, service way beyond what I ever expected.
