Rocking Service from xneelo Call Centre
I received absolutely fabulous service today from xneelo and specifically Meryl, Christian and Tarryn. What a pleasure to engage with people who properly understand their products, who are that well-versed that they can sensitively guide users, and who are humble at expressions of gratitude. It's been the longest time since I've got off the phone from a call-centre, smiling. It's happened three times in succession, today, with Xneelo.
Yay! And thank you for restoring my faith in online services.
