Rene far exceeded all expectations for service delivery

I've written about the legendary service at Hetzner before, and I'm going to sing their praises once again.

This morning, Rene Smitsdorff was an absolute lifesaver, going above and beyond the call of duty to assist me with solving a complex database issue (first), then moving on to solving an even more complex permission error.

The help she provided was not based on "lets Google and hope for the best" - she knew exactly where to start troubleshooting these two errors, went step by step to eliminate possible causes, kept me in the loop with what she's doing and eventually got a client's website back on the air.

Rene, thank you. I would have been working on this without success for hours to come had it not been for your help. Skye, if I have credit to ask for a favour, please give Rene an afternoon off on me: above and beyond does not begin to describe what she did for me :-)
