Prentholl - 5 Star Employee!

I had A LOT of questions to my plan that's changing and a lot of follow ups on that as I am still very much learning. Prentholl was absolutely amazing! He didn't once get annoyed with me having ANOTHER question. He answered every question, in such a calming way. Even gave me some articles to read up on when asking about security. He really went above and beyond, trying to give me as much information as possible, rather than just rushing to get done with helping me to get to the next person in line.
