Phenomenal support staff! Thank you Desiré T!
Our server went down yesterday and it took a good part of the day to restore. During the ENTIRE process, Desiré T from Customer Support stood by my side the ENTIRE way! If I needed ANYTHING she was there. She even refused to leave the chat in case I needed anything else and said she would be standing by while we resolved the issue. This was about 5 hours that she waited for us. Absolute legend! Thank you Desiré.
Xneelo and their team are amazing and the support staff are second to NOONE!
