Outstnding Support: Nichlle
I have been hosting with Xneelo for many years n d have fro time to time required support which I have always received. Although good service was provided, today Michelle WAS TOPS IN EVERY RESPECT.. She knows her job extremely well and answered questions without having to refer to a superior or colleague which has happened on previous support calls. She in fact solved a problem for me which previous consultants said was impossible to do, Well done Michelle, you are a credit to Xneelo
