Missing Emails

My emails have just simply disappeared. I know I didn't delete them. No one has my password. Called support for a back up but they could not restore my emails.

The consultant basically told me its not their fault or responsibility, so I can go hang.

Im a bit disappointed because generally Ive had a good customer experience. However, mails have always been an issue with this service provider. somehow they either get completely lost or very delayed.
