Making other hosting providers irrelevant

Again received stellar service this morning from Mike Davids, who went above and beyond to assist with an FTP issue. Hetzner is setting the gold standard for how a support desk should operate: there's none of that holding before speaking to an agent nonsense, communication is honest and upfront, but most important they know what they're talking about. Never in my life have I experienced such stellar service levels.
