Luke is a lifesaver, once again
<p>Holy *********, Luke is a lifesaver. Although the support from the rest of the admin, billing, support and abuse teams is generally the gold standard for service in ANY industry in South Africa, Luke has today gone over and above what is reasonably expected, steering my thinking in a totally different direction and sorting a problem out in no time flat. Luke, I salute you. Luke's boss: please give the guy an afternoon off. He deserves it. Please.</p>
