Loving Xneelo service and attitude
I dealt with Ian from Xneelo on 19.04.2021 and his service was amazing. Not only was he painfully patient, but very helpful and dedicated to resolving the problem. After sitting on a phone call for almost an hour he remained calm and friendly, trying all possible routes to resolve the issue. Further to this, I've NEVER had a bad expereience with XNeelo, if the call is dropped for some reason, they phone back, always polite, always friendly - truly a pleasure to work with!
