Lost emails
We have lost a bunch of emails recently in 2 of our staff members' mailboxes, all of a sudden. I requested a backup of a time when we were working in the folder and saw the mails that were now lost. They have rep**** that there is no backup where at any point in time it contained any mails. Which is actually scary. Not sure if their backup didnt work for everyday.

Our Web Hosting accounts are backed-up daily and backups retained for two weeks. I can confirm that we have not had any failed backups for your account over the last while.
