Long standing client transferring elsewhere

I cancelled all of my hosting requirements with xneelo on the last day of the month in January 2026, they recreated packages and continued to bill me for hosting. My emails were not getting through to clients, probably because of spam being sent by other users on the shared server, which I would think they should monitor closely. Business communications being interrupted continuously and I've been a client for 15 years or more. It was definitely time to change.
