Impressed with the support!
Things go wrong with any service you subscribe to. The difference is how the vendor responds. In my case things went really wrong, and Xneelo did not disappoint. I received the best the support one could hope for and the situation was rectified as quickly as possible. Well done Xneelo management and team!
