I had problem with a debit order that was returned, it was only R99 and Xneelo wanted to add a penalty fee of R50. I contacted them, and their service should be an example to other business's. I love excellent service, and they fit right into that category. I had another problem(unrelated), after this, sent them an email, couple of hour's later, someone called to explain......brilliant service!! 5 🌟 🤩
