Hetzner *****s!
I have been with Hetzner for more than 12months now! After I missed a payment they suspended my services which is okay I understood. However though there were two Identical debit orders which I had only paid for One! I will not pay for two because I only owed 1. Well surprisingly my services are still suspended! I sent out emails to Hetzner with no response! I sent out another email saying that I do not want to be part of Hetzner as a customer anymore and I DEMAND my MONEY BACK! Still there was no response! Either these people are ignoring my outcry or they are just Complete Asses. However way I want my money back! I know a lot of Web Hosting companies that can offer a Much better service at a very low Price! At Hetzner we basically paying for SH*@&
