Hetzner support
As a small business owner, I don't make use of a web developer for maintenance on an ongoing basis, which means that sometimes technical challenges can occur with the back-end. Hetzner support staff are always ready to explain and help out, I really appreciate the excellent support. That said, over the 11 years I have been hosting with Hetzner, there were very few cases anyway where support was needed.
