Hetzner - No longer trusted to do our hosting
We are longstanding Customers of Hetzner. We have never missed a payment and Hetzner suspends the account of all the domains and websites we own because we didn't pay R129 in time and this amount is under 30 days. Now they want us to pay reinstallation fees. They treat us like children but in this highly connected world with social media they do ****age to their business and reputation. `We are thinking of taking our business elsewhere. from Video Varsity Cc.

We have been in touch with you and were able to clarify that only the service on the outstanding invoice will be suspended when it remains unpaid.
Our support department assisted you to resolve the technical problem you were experiencing when uploading web content. The technical problem was unrelated to the payment reminders that you received and no other services were suspended.
