Hetzner is trully tops!

I'm a dedicated customer and I had a problem with one of my servers this morning. I phoned the call center, spoke to a gentleman called Mike. Within 30 minutes my problem was resolved and I even got a call back to inform me of the status of the problem. This was so unexpected. <br> <br> Before that I had DNS changes to be made to some of my domains - I opened a ticket via email and it was resolved within 2 hours. Comparing the service from back then to now, you guys just keep on surprising your customers. Excellent customer service and people who are employed there trully wants to be part of a great company.
