Hetzner (and Master Consultant, Adriaan van der Kolff) is GREAT!!

I can truly recommend Hetzner!! We have been with them for over two years and their quality and type of services just does not compare to other hosting entities. All agents are always helpful, friendly and resolve issues as quick as possible. Another very welcoming service is the fact that you do not hold on foreverrrrrrrrr before an agent answers and their selection criteria at the answer of your call is quick and easy - you do not have to push ten buttons before talking to someone who MIGHT help you. Quick and fast to answer a call - and even faster in resolving issues. I would like to announce that your Master Consultant Adriaan van der Kolff deserves a raise!! It has been numerous times that he went out of his way to take the time to assist AND actually informing us about services at Hetzner that saves us money and effort. Thank you Hetzner - we love you!!
