I've been using Hetzner for my web hosting for a few months now and I am impressed every time by their quick and informative responses. No nonsense, straight-to-the-point replies, within a few hours, regardless of whether you completely broke your site or just want an answer to a simple question. I am no expert, so their patience and guidance is comforting and absolutely out of this world. I really, really appreciate it.
