Great Service From Support & Accounts Departments

Just wanted to pop a quick note, not only did I get good technical support (over a weekend & quickly) from Matthew Hacking, who patiently answered my questions, also received excellent service from Jeanine Beytell dealing with their accounts, did not only fix (quickly - again) my incorrect options that I chose, but also amended my account accordingly, and provided my refund WITHOUT me having to calculate and then ask for it, like you would do with other service providers.<br> <br> I can truly recommend them to anybody need the assurance of a dedicated support team, and great service.
