Great customer support

I've had such a good experience with Xneelo, they've hosted my domain name for years and I've never had a problem. I really have no background or knowledge in web things so I was absolutely thrilled to have received such good support from them recently. I firstly updated my website to a new platform so needed to redirect my domain name to it, then needed to set up an info@ business account. My gmail wasn't accepting it so and I was beyond what I can do myself. I emailed the support team for assistance and they wrote back that same day each time and got me sorted. So friendly and helpful, saved me so much time and frustration. An actual human too, not a shoddy chat bot, couldn't believe it! Highly recommend
