Great Call Centre Service

I recently had astonishingly good service from Jessica Gracio from your Billing Dept. It is 'forever' since I've encountered this level of understanding, knowledge and empathy from a service provider. After the rudeness I so often encounter from call-centre operators, it is a wonderfully refreshing and hopeful experience to find someone who is gracious, who actually listened and responded on point.
