Great Assistance - way more than what was the duty.

In the course of last week, I received 'Admin Information' updates which was processed at registry level for al .za domains. I should have gone and update my own administrative information, but I emailed Xneelo instead and received wonderful assistance from Ashley Truter - Master Consultant.

It ended up that he did it for me (he did way more that what was expected), and as such saved me a lot of time and hassles.

I am very grateful and after 15 years of being a customer of Xneelo (Hetzner), I can still just promote them to anyone looking for a Hosting company of any sort and compliment them on their pro-activeness and willingness to go the extra mile in so many respects.
