Good focused problem solving support

I used the online chat to engage with technical support. As usual I was impressed by the tech support people. They read the info you give them, and only ask questions that really help them diagnose and solve. You can tell that they know what they are doing and are finding the root problem.

I also love that their chat bot plays a sound when there is a new message to read - many other companies have silent systems so you have to sit watching the screen, and if you don't you end up being logged out for not responding.
