Five stars for Xneelo customer service!

Our organisation recently moved all of our accounts to Xneelo. Not only have they explained every step of the way clearly to our very non-web savvy team, they have also made suggestions as to the best structuring and products available and let us make our own decisions about what we need. Above anything else, and the motivation for writing this, is their customer support service. They always answer the phone, they always respond quickly, the 4/5 staff that I have had contact with in their various departments, from reception, to billing to consultant are polite, communicate clearly, and know their work. I've never used hello peter before, created my account just to post this - cannot recommend them enough.
