Fantastic Service

Creating websites is not my primary business and it was my first time doing so for some friends, ex-colleagues and an NGO. Hosting these websites with Hetzner was probably the best thing I could have done. The processes just WORK. The support is super efficient. I've been with them for almost a year now and it's the best service I have ever received from a service provider. The technical support could consistently help me first time round with my issue. Even the refund process is efficient. When last have you heard of a company that was quick to refund your money. Keep it up guys and hopefully other companies learn from your service excellence.
