Extremely arrogant
Arrogant and ineffective. It seems that they think the customers are there to serve them. Even after jumping through their hoops and submitting requested documents, they still refuse to assist. This is not the kind of arrogance one wants to be dealing with - I am staying away from them, there are better options out there...

No questions asked, easy and simple.

You only start with your nonsense once you have the hook firmly set?
I WILL NOT engage in a telephonic farce with you in order to facilitate your invasive processes. We have already gone down that route, with zero positive results.
